今日はたまに食べたくなる簡単なブロッコリの明太マヨネーズのオーブン焼きを紹介しますね。マヨネーズも作ってしまいます。Let me introduce this lovely and easy-to-cook dish, which I sometimes have a craving for. It’s grilled broccoli with homemade mayonnaise and mentaiko spicy cod roe sauce.

マヨネーズの作り方:オリーブオイル1/2cup、サラダオイル1/2cup 、室温に戻した卵1ヶ、酢大さじ1、塩大さじ2/3、胡椒少々。バーミックスかミキサーで混ぜるだけ。Here’s how to make the homemade mayonnaise. Using a blender or barmix, mix together the following: 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of salad oil (any light oil will do, such as safflower etc), 1 egg (at room temperature), 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2/3 tablespoon of salt, and a little bit of pepper to taste.

1ブロッコリ1株の根を切り落とし、小房に分ける。Take one whole broccoli. Break the broccoli into florets, and cut the stems into small pieces (don’t discard them!).

2沸騰したお湯に食塩を加え、色よく茹で上げる。(2−3分)Boil florets and stems in salted water for 2-3 minutes.

3明太子2腹を包丁で切り目を入れて卵をしごきだす。Take two strips of mentaiko spicy cod roe, and separate the eggs from the skin with a sharp knife.

4自家製マヨネーズ100ccと明太子を良く混ぜてソースにする。Combine together 100ml of your homemade mayonnaise and the spicy cod-roe. Mix it well.

5耐熱皿に茹で上がったブロッッコリを並べ、そのうえに4のソースをまんべんなくかける。Put #2 onto an ovenware plate and cover with the sauce.

6オーブントースターで軽く焼きめがつく位焼き上げる(5−6分)Grill in an oven toaster until the surface becomes a slightly browned colour (about 5-6 minutes).
